My Christmas Wish List



Merry Blogmas everyone! Get ready for 12 days worth of style related Christmas themed blogposts. As it is the first day of Blogmas I thought I would start off with my Christmas wish list. Please do enjoy and my list may even give you a few gift ideas!

I am quite obsessed with my baker boy cap at the moment (as you will see throughout the next few days!) and I really want to add to my collection of the measly number of one. As red is the colour of the season (or year, I might add) I think it would be the perfect gift. (Pssst... isn't Bella Hadid's outfit in this photo just perfection?!)

Megan Ellaby mentioned Small Great Things by Jodi Picoult in a recent blog post and I think it looks extremely interesting. The book is based around racism.

"Ruth is a highly experienced labour and delivery nurse in a Connecticut hospital, a hospital she has worked at for the last twenty years. Ruth has spent her entire life working to give herself and her son, Edison, the best possible life. However the story turns dark when on a double shift a new-born baby dies, the baby of a white supremacist. The story follows Ruth and the racist family through the court trial and beyond, sharing some down right disturbing and often hard hitting disclosures." I find that books always make great gifts as they can be read over and over.

 I have had my eye on one of these for a long time now. They seem to be one of those things every girl needs including myself. I can just imagine how clean my face will feel after using one of these bad boys.

Jumper from Pull&Bear

I'm a sucker for a big cosy jumper and this one just seems to tick all the boxes. It's colourful, beautifully knitted and looks unbelievably cosy. And the pattern looks oh so gorgeous. Pull&Bear always seem to do knitwear just right.

Luna & Lucifer

I don't quite know why but I am really loving minimalist faces right now. (Please don't judge me) These earrings from Luna & Lucifer, these bags from Hundred Club and jumpers from The Drive New York are so bloody cool. I particularly like the earrings I feel like they add a little fun into any look whilst also being minimalist and classy - something you cannot beat.

Slippers from Monki

Slippers are the best things for this time of year. We all love something that will keep our toes nice and toasty. But these cat slippers are really something else. I am rather a cat lady as we have 4 cats so this is possibly the best thing ever. Slipper with cat ears, what more could you want?

The One Memory of Flora Banks by Emily Barr was recommended by Zoella and it sounds so so good. I love a good sad but happy book and this seem to be just that.
"Flora has anterograde amnesia. She can't remember anything day-to-day: the joke her friend made, the instructions her parents gave her, how old she is. Then she kisses someone she shouldn't, and the next day she remembers it. It's the first time she's remembered anything since she was ten. But the boy is gone. She thinks he's moved to the Arctic." This sounds so intriguing and I would love to red it.

The Library of Frgarance

I've seen these cute little bottles of delicious scents all over social media recently. (the paperback book one is particularly appealing as I love the smell of new books.) And as this company have so many scents one has got to be perfect for anyone you're buying for. I like the sound of gingerbread and vanilla and Liquorice just screams my best friends name. Albeit some of their scents are rather obscure (like earth and clean washing) I sure there is a scent for everyone.

I have a growing collection of colourful statement bags but there is one thing I'm missing. A simple small black bag. As much as I love a statement bag, there sometimes calls for a minimalist black one. As I am always carrying an over the should handbag, I'm sure this will get plenty of use if I was to receive it for Christmas this year. (Can I just say that the styling in this photo is amazing!)
